Hands-on expertise and 20 years of experience in the maintenance and support of computer systems and networks of both small and large departments.
At European Commission I developed my communication skills, dealing with end users and the Directorate.

I have delivered large technology projects on schedule/on budget and in alignment with the business strategy, including planning and practical implementation phases: file naming plan, reorganizations, purchasing, moving / optimization and virtualization of IT infrastructures (local & multi sites).
